据英国广播公司（BBC）24日报道，TikTok上拥有约560万粉丝的加拿大美食博主莫菲分享的黄瓜沙拉食谱，最近在海外掀起了一股“吃瓜”风潮。
TikToker Logan Moffitt, dubbed "cucumber guy", has been sharing novel recipes using the variety. The content creator has more than 5.5 million followers and has been sharing cucumber recipes recently.

"Sometimes, you just need to eat a whole cucumber," is theinfluencer's go-to phrase at the start of his many recipe videos.The content creator has more than 5.5 million followers and has been sharing cucumber recipes almost every day since July.

He recalls that if a meal seemed to lack vegetables, he would add cucumbers. In high school, he would regularly bring whole cucumbers in his lunchbox because he didn’t have the energy to cut them. He'd garnish them with salt andpepperfrom a plastic bag he packed.

Ms Sveinsdóttir from the SFG also expressed other factors like schools are returning from the summer holidays were at play.
